.about-page .about.description p:after{white-space:pre-wrap;content:"\a\aWe were established circa 2000 using the Yahoo Groups platform. It was originally closed and only verified Epicor customers where allowed to participate. The rules were fairly strict to eliminate poaching and consultants from ruining the experience for others.\a\aOn September 22nd 2016 a group of members from the old Yahoo Group decided to move the site to a new platform. The original creator and owner of the Yahoo Group Mike England passed away un-expectedly and that left nobody with ownership of the site. \a\a Furthermore, the move provided a way to change up the rules, open up the forum to everyone including Epicor© to actively participate and provided a much-needed technological lift to the site.\a\aSince, the site has become a staple within the Epicor community as a whole and we enjoy the active participation of thousands of members, as well as Epicor itself. Engineers, Developers, Support Personnel and others both directly and indirectly involved with Epicor actively participate and help out.\a\aThe goal of the site is a simple one, to provide peer to peer support for users of the Epicor products both technical and functional free of charge and with no strings attached. Consultants are encouraged to participate and many actively do so with the understanding that they too are participating of their own free will and with no expectations of compensation.\a\aIn May 2019 we moved the site from its original URL https://e10help.com to a more generic https://epiusers.help to help embrace all the other Epicor products that may be coming down the road. \a\aThe goal is to have one place where the Epicor community as a whole can gather together to support and learn from each other. \a\aThe site is currently funded by the community via Patreon donations \a\a-Cheers \a\aThe EpiUsers.Help Team"}.about.moderators{display:none}
