10.1.500 Admin Console Still lame

Please log the bugs you find (that space one bit me too which is why I remember it so well).
We are putting more effort into CLI tooling as they are requested more and more and to be honest, we need them internally - Cirrus and SaaS use them a ton and have a huge amount of requests - get your voice in there too

I am not sure about the migration tooling you mention - I donā€™t deal with those scenarios too often so please abuse away. CLI tools are a part of the product just like a form so call away on the functionality.

Your commentary on the admin console is valid concerning the lack of a ā€˜enterpriseā€™ or ā€˜farmā€™ service which manages multiple instances. That is all client side (XML files? donā€™t remember where thatā€™s cached). Itā€™s been a personal mission to try to build out an ā€˜enterprise configuration systemā€™ which knows all servers, their versions, reduce fill in the blank forms to handle migrations, etc since there would be one source of the truth to manage all the instances - load balanced or different versions / test / dev environments. Some day Iā€™ll get the chance to build it, in the meanwhile we are nibbling away at it by attacking some of the building blocks needed to support that goal.
