I’ve been using Active desktop for the last week or so and starting to really like it. Today when I go to log in it’s just a blank white screen. I can load into Modern shell. I deleted the cached files under both x:\ProgramData\Epicor and x:\Users(username)\AppData\Local\Epicor to no success. Any ideas?
It’s been working so I don’t think it’s a setup issue like discussed in this thread: 10.2.200.3 "Active Home Page with EDD licensed, does not load (empty white screen)" - ERP 10 - Epicor User Help Forum

Thanks for the hint @hmwillett , it too was coming up blank too so seemed a corrupted theme --though I hadn’t changed it for days. Steps I did to fix:
Load into Modern, and load a base Active template layout (Modern one didn’t work)
Close Epicor, note Active still didn’t work yet so…
Deleted both Epicor folders referenced in OP (x:\ProgramData\Epicor and x:\Users(username)\AppData\Local\Epicor
Active Desktop works again.
I suspect only one of the folders needs to be deleted but not sure but will be more surgical if this occurs again.
