Everytime I go to enable an account in 10.2.300 it wants to send an email, and then it says Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: 4.3.2 Service not available
How to fix this?

You can bypass the email sending by checking this setting in the password policy. Then when you get the email popup you can select the checkbox set password to blank (I think that’s what it says or something like that).
Please note that setting blank passwords is a security issue and it is not even allowed in the SaaS environment.
You’re better off figuring out the misconfiguration of your email service as you’ll probably need it for something else in the future.
