Actually I found it…but it did not work for us…adding a line is still greyed out….we also removed her personalization.

We have seen a similar issue on client PCs with 10.0.700.1.  I believe the fix was to clear client cache and reopen the client.  If that doesn't work, delete any personalizations the user has on the screen in Customization Maintenance.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?  I have one person who was able to create credit memos before but now all she can do is create the header.  When she tries to create a line, it is greyed out (New Line is greyed out).

I never changed anything security wise…I would not even know where to look to see how to take the ability to add a line away anyway.

Can anyone point me in a direction?  I do have a call to tech support….just hoping someone here has experienced this before.

BTW, this is AR Invoice Entry.

Actually, clearing the cache that way was the right thing to do.  My way not so good…..She is now able to create a line as well on a credit memo.  Thank guys, for your help!
