1099 Conversion US not updating Supplier or Invoices

I am testing the 1099 functionality and before the Holidays I ran “1099 Conversion US” for 2020 which updated the Suppliers and Invoices. Today I tried running the 1099 Conversion but using 2019 as the users want to compare the 1099 created by Epicor with the ones created outside of Epicor for 2019.

When I run the 1099 Conversion with 2019 the log shows that “No updates were required” to the 1099 Boxes and default, however it does not perform any updates to Suppliers or Invoices. I had to manually update a Supplier and it’s 2019 Invoices in order to do a test.

What am I missing? Can I not go back to a prior year once I have run the conversion?

The invoices have a field (I forget where) that tells it to be included in the calculation.
If the 1099 functionality was not on for that supplier when it was created, then those invoices are not included…
Not sure what support would offer, but I was able to update this field using a “Special BPM :shushing_face:”
and it fixed the old invoices.
