2 Report Builder ?'s

I tried the aggregate, but the calculated field containing the "PAGE_NUMBER"
formula kept disappearing when ever I tried to select it. Is there a trick
to this or is this just a too blonde day for me?

Shirley

Answer to question 1 - Create an aggregate on pagenumber as MAX. Then list
it is Page pagenumber of max(pagenumber)
Answer to question 2 - The way that I like to automate the use of weeks is
with a function for Week(Today()) which will give you the number of the week
and then use week(today()) - 1 in the filter. Now that I've typed this
Shirley's method will work as well.

Here's a couple of easy RB questions to start off the new year:

1. How do I setup the last part of a Page 'x' of 'x' statement. My report is
printing the current page number but I've forgotten how to do the last part.

2. The report I'm developing will be printed each Monday and I need it to
include records (ship date) dated the prior week (Monday thru Friday). Is
there
a filter syntax that will do this automatically for me?

Thanks and Happy New Year!

I have a quick answer for question two. Set up a calculated field called
last week. Last week = today() -7. That will give you the filter date from
7 days ago. Then you can set your filter to be shipdate => lastweek.
