2021.2.4 error when trying to open screen

Recently gone Live with v2021.2.4 and when I try to use Epicor with one of our overseas machines on a different domain I get the following error.

Could not load file or assembly 'Erp.Lib.ErpPlugins, Version=11.1.200.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d3fa3c7105d7992' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

I’ve found the file, which is contained in: Client/Plugins subdirectory.

Overseas users can’t open any screen because of this error. Can anyone help?

Shot in the dark, but have you checked off their .Net version is up to date?
