2023.2.4 upgrade this weekend - Auto Update not working

Epicor had their 2023.2.4 production upgrade this weekend for MT customers.

How many of you had Auto Update issues until around 10:00 this morning?

No one was able to login - EpiCare solution was to uninstall ALL Epicor, Clean local Cache, and Re-Install Smart Client on ALL PC’s in the business.

We were in the middle of doing that - when all of a suddden the Auto Update started working again. No word from Epicor Support - Luckily we have internal Rumors and Gossip :slight_smile:

Just wondering how many others had to deal with this outage this morining.

Epicor is currently experiencing a Kinetic - Americas Service Issue that is impacting a subset of Customers, and you could be impacted by this issue.

All appropriate support teams are engaged in troubleshooting and restoring services as quickly as possible.
