2024.1.1 going into Sustaining Support

We had an email on Sunday telling us that 2024.1.1 is moving to sustaining support, is this Epicor dropping the ball or have the changed the policy to 12 months in live support.

I was confused as well. I thought it was 18 months. We do 1 major upgrade a year so 12 months is a very short window for ‘Active Support’.

Edit: I guess Active is 24 months

Looks like a mistake to me. Maybe they meant to send it to the 2023.1 customers and got mixed up?
