2025.1......how is it working out?

I hope you logged a support case? They are telling me it won’t be fixed until 2025.2. If that is the case I will be on vacation for the next 6 months.

Using Chrome browser - no customizations.

Not a deal breaker, but training users to get ready for the browser only.

Using the Guided Training is not working in Pilot - it is in Live.

Pilot - nothing happens

That’s not the issue, it’s the smart client Data Collection app.

Hi Randy - My company is Public Cloud and have the same issue and had the same discussion about delaying the upgrade. We were just notified a HOTFIX is being delivered to Public Cloud Customer’s PILOT environments Wednesday (6/11) night. Let’s hope it fixes the issue :crossed_fingers:

Yup, we tested that hotfix on our Pilot this morning and it works great thus far.

We have a separate issue in Prod with a stuck Payment Group that we need to test that hotfix but not in another Catch-22 as we can’t get a test environment with 2024.2 and they won’t restore Prod to our third environment to test the hotfix. :roll_eyes: @Olga or @timshuwy Can you poke the SaaS guys?

I also use the Grid Filters often when creating or troubleshooting BAQs rather than having to export to excel. We have not upgraded to 2025.1 yet but it is coming to our Pilot environment next week. :scream: Reading all these issue is making me nervous as we normally wait for Flex Option 2 but our Accounting department pushed for the Flex 1 dates this time - may be the last time!
