So I know that there have been issues with Context Menu’s recently but I don’t believe those issues are what is happening here. We are currently testing 2025.2.10 for an upgrade from 2024.1 and the context menu’s work properly in every case except when trying to open Job Entry from Order Job Wizard in Order Entry. In this one case it calls a completely different Menu ID (one that most people don’t have any access to and if they do it wants to open in Classic) and that Menu ID is actually tied to Job Tracker, not Job Entry. While I have customizations on Order Entry, Order Job Wizard is completely stock and even if it did have a custom layer, I am not aware of a way to override the context menu in a layer.
Again, all other context menu open with calls for any other screen, including Job Entry and Job Tracker, work exactly as expected and call the correct menu id, it is only this instance as far as I can tell that calls the wrong one. I do have a completely customized context menu setup to get around the security changes that were introduced at some point prior to 2024.1 but OJW works fine in my current version, and again, they all work perfectly except this singular one.
Has anyone else experienced this or anything like it (and hopefully has knowledge of a solution), where a single context menu call points to a completely different menu item than all others in the system?
