Just ran into another issue when testing 2025.2.7 Pilot before scheduled for Live next week. In A/R invoice tracker, if open with GL TRANS DETAIL TRACKER from right-click context menu and there are no GL records (invoice is unposted) we get “The A/R Invoice has not been posted to the GL” slide-out as expected. BUT THEN every invoice thereafter, upon selecting the invoice (and without righ-click context), whether posted or unposted, gets a “Record Not Found” error until log out and back in to resolve. Looks like maybe another Conversion needed as with PO creation? Will open another support ticket. We were given less than 2 weeks to test 2025.2.5 to 2025.2.7 due to Epicor rescheduling and are finding issues. We fully tested 2025.2.5 and found no issues. This is getting a bit unnerving. Is anyone else running into this with A/R Tracker?

The “A/R Invoice Tracker - No Recs” has been submitted to Development as a PRB and is pending Approval. This is definitely not a show-stopper. If you do happen to right-click on an un-posted invoice and select “Open with GL Trans Detail” and there are no GL records then all subssequent invoices will get the “Record Not Found” error until log out and back in. I also found the F5 refresh key resolves.
