We are testing 2025.2 (Classic, not Kinetic yet) and have run up a weird error for enter Sales Kit parts within SO Entry.
All members of Customer Service, when adding a Sales Kit to a sales order receive a pop up that reads “Sales Kit has no Component Details (unable to find the selected revision)” - but, when myself or another Super User adds the same Sales Kit to the sales order, it adds the line and the kit details, which then creates the Pack List for shipping.
The revision and MOM for these Sales Kits are Active with no issues, why would it error out for one user but not another? We haven’t ever run into this before.
We are a tad baffled - has anyone else experienced this?
