1 day before pulling the switch - epicor is delaying the 2025.2 upgrade until December 12-14.
I secretly am glad about this decision - too many major loose threads.

What problems have you seen?
For us, the big problem was they broke the CSF for our UK company.
Took them weeks to fix it but they got Pilot working yesterday.

This is a good thing but is only 2 weeks between Pilot and Live normal? I thought it was more often 4 weeks min.
What about the Linux Migration update happening to production on December 8th? I had planned to copy over the production to pilot to test on the 17th. With the environment being on the wrong version until after the update I cannot do valid testing.

CSF is an issue for us for our MX company. It has been down for a couple weeks in pilot.

Out of interest what was the issue with your UK CSF? I currently have an issue with ours in our testing environment and Support have not been able to resolve it for weeks.

I don’t really know specifically.
We have another person who tests this and said that it wiped it out after the update and gave some errors.
Not sure what support does to fix but it is working in Pilot at this moment, I was told.
I fully expect to have to open a new ticket on this when they upgrade production…
Well that went well, the system is so slow today that its impossible to use minutes to load pages and we had to do a new install as the normal update process deemed some pages would not load at all. some users still unable to get Kinetic to load. does not look good for the move may 2026. Kinetic does not seem to be as usable as Classic was…
