It’s always been that way for server paged grids. Here is a screenshot of 2025.2.16 before toggling the progressive load:
The nice thing about self-managing in CMP is that I am still at the non-hotfixed version! Guess I need to wait for another weekend to manually upgrade to a working version of the filters.
Support’s response is that I “should be able to update Pilot later this week”. Nevermind its a system with no cloud management portal. So to recap:
-Live was hotfixed with no testing in Pilot first and no communication
-There is no plan to patch Pilot
How is patching ANYTHING to Production systems without any testing in PILOT at all acceptable?!

I don’t think it is acceptable, ever. Epicor’s silence on this thread is deafening.
We have an issue with intermittent DbUpdateConcurrencyException errors on EDI import.
This is recognized by Epicor and there is a PRB for it. The solution given to me by support was to update my production environment to 2026.100.10 on 8/12 because a hotfix would be available for that version on that day that resolves the issue.
I responded saying that was not a realistic solution for us and I cited my lack of trust in the quality of the updates being pushed as a reason.
Don’t blame you one bit…we had to jump to .8 just to be able to post AR invoices, now we jumped to .9 with untested hotfixes.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be expected to believe in product stability when it simply doesn’t exist.
