A task agent restart got it. Epicor… adjust your scripts…

I just have the Linux fix also. Cannot use my FTP folders anymore. The Azure File Share does not work either. Put a ticket into Epicor Tech Support to put on the fixes that they did for us on our Pilot database. Hoping this will be something easy for them to fix since I attached the Pilot database Tickets where they helped me.

. Hopefully you’ll get it fixed by Monday. I already submitted one on Thursday when I found out our Prod wasn’t working.

Does the fix program fix the ability to do BAQ exports to FTP paths? I have a ticket open for that with no resolution yet.
It could. I am hoping it won’t also affect the ability to print our carton labels in Assembly. Our production would be down at 5 am on Monday if that is the case.

I have the same issue for FTP > EDI Import in LIVE and PILOT.
I have PILOT working now, but LIVE is still down.
Internal notifications at Epicor say that the upgrades of both Linux and 2026.100 are complete worldwide.
If you are having any specific challenges, make sure you log a support case for help.
Epicor did an emergency update to the FTP. My path now works. Had to change my path from “/epi/fs/foldername” to “/epi/ftp/foldername” . Hoping this also works for someone else.

Yes we have BAQ exports too and they work on Pilot
Still finding some broken items but all things considered it seems to have gone reasonably well. I’m sure we’ll find more issues as we go…but major functions seem to be stable. Not gonna lie…I honestly expected to have more trouble last night and this morning.
This is my first big upgrade on the admin side…The nerves are nerving… Haven’t found much yet. I have to test bartender printing tomorrow. 
Same…I’ve gone through all our usual trouble spots yet I have this anxiety as if I’ve missed something.
Not sure of this related specifically to 2026.100, but I installed the current local Edge Agent 1.2.671.0 on my workstation, and I can print a Sales Order Acknowledgement from LIVE, but from PILOT it does not recognize that EA is installed and I get that standard slideout:
Edge agent is either not running, not installed, needs to be updated, or is not configured correctly.
I have both URLs configured in EA, confirmed by EA “Review App Server settings”.
LIVE and PILOT both report they are 2026.100.7 and both even report the same hotfix revision. My LIVE and PILOT browser logins are just two different tabs in the same Chrome browser, so I don’t know why PILOT isn’t recognizing EA (or perhaps, vice versa).
