Hello!

We had converted our Pilot system to 2026.103 about a month ago. Everything broke. Couldn’t access anything, it was terrible. We reverted back to 2026.100.9, then a week ago, we were reupgraded to 103.

Besides the font changing, everything seemed all good now. Until we came across multiple completely missing custom dashboards. No trace of them anywhere. Not in Menu Maintenance, not in Application Studio, not on the Menu Search, almost like it was completely deleted. They were there in 2026.100.9.

There’s a custom dashboard used for reports, sets it up in a PDF to print, that’s completely gone except it is still in BAQ Reports and Menu Maintenance. But for some reason it does not show up when searched for.

When opening App Studio in one specific company, ensuring in the link it is in that company, then opening something in App Studio, then clicking preview, I am sent to another company. So there seems to be something wrong with routing the company you are in.

Furthermore, I was in the process of creating an entry screen, not published but just sitting in App Studio in Pilot only. It’s still there, but when I click into it, absolutely nothing loads. I’ve refreshed, cache cleared, logged in and out, all the possibilities with no solution and my coworkers get the same thing. We had another situation like this, but thankfully we had it published in Live, and an export and an import of the same exact dashboard fixed it in Pilot. I also have got a PR number for Epicor Dev’s to look at this bug.

Another thing I found was in Server File Download, where we can Directory Type admin to see information on the Correlation ID errors, admin has vanished. (Currently in as a PR, Accepted not yet Planned)

I am going to continue to look for other custom dashboards that may have been erased in the upgrade, but I am worried when Live is upgraded, there may be more “deleted” custom dashboards that will be gone for good in Epicor’s black hole.

I’m not looking for solutions with this post, but my question is, has anyone upgraded to 103 and found any similar issues? I will continue to edit this post with errors I find and maybe when everyone is upgraded, they will be fixed, or we will be in the same boat, and we can all cry together.

Yeah this all seems pretty normal for my experience, though Ive had a lot of these issues outside of 2026.100.9

The company thing has been a major pain in my butt for a while.

The nothing loads thing happens to me regularly, but not my coworkers for whatever reason.

I cant have Application studio open for more than 5 or 10 minutes until it becomes unresponsive/extremely laggy and I have to reload.

And while I dont have proof of it, I swear layers/changes are going missing.

And this morning Ive been fighting with a layer that shows different in preview than it does in the menu. I finally got it to work correctly in the menu, but now it doesnt work correctly in the preview, even those its all committed/published.

Its a huge mess, and a massive headache, and the bugs are all on top of how terrible application studio is to work with even when nothing is bugging out.

Our pilot is upgrading overnight tonight to 103, so my day tomorrow is already decked out with a long list of things to test.

The fulfilment workbench is what I have consistently been getting the most calls about since the Linux migration back in July, so I’m eager to see what has changed if anything with that. We don’t customize that app at all.

I thought the 103 upgrade was cancelled on account of it being such a terribly buggy release? I don’t see it on the calendar anymore. Still see 104 on there though, hopefully that gets cancelled too until Epicor can put out something at least moderately usable.

Correct, I did not see that at the time of posting. It was pushed and the next required on is about a month out in Nov4.
