Based on the post regarding configuring multiple task agents, we added a task agent to the main app server. We already have one running on the secondary server. Everything seemed to be fine except for one thing.
We process thousands of EDI document s per day, 810,855 & 856. For some reason when the 2nd task agent is ‘On’, 810 files are randomly duplicated when AR invoices are posted. The other EDI documents print OK and no other processes or printing seem to be affected. For now we tuned off the 2nd task agent.
Has anyone had this type of issue with multiple task agents? Is there something in the setup we missed that might be affecting it? (the 2nd task agent had exactly the same settings as the original.)
