407C upgrade issue?

I thought about htat and if that was the case then why now? There are
some empty SalesRepList fields but the dates show that the records were
created yesterday, few days ago, and even last month. So why did it
error then? How is the field able to effect Crystal reports?

I would also suggest looking at the raw data in the field. Maybe they
changed the format of the rep list or maybe you are erring on NULL data.

If this is a BAQ report, go into BAQ report designer. Generate Test
Data.
Open the Crystal report Create a new connection using the generated
data.
See if this fixes the Error.

None of the links were broken. I am able to run the BAQ but when we try
to generate the report, then we get the error. Do you have any other
suggestions. Thank you.

When we "Upgraded" to 407C, we had to re-establish some of the links in
some
of our BAQ's to get them to work. Go into the BAQ and click on the
phrase
builder link. Click on Next button. On the screen with the Table
relations, click on each Table relationship. As you go down the list of
related tables make sure that the Field Relations are correct. I don't
know
why this link is broken during "Upgrade", but it happens sometimes.

We just upgraded to 407c and have some issues. I created a BAQ-Report
through Crystal and it is ran multiple times a day. The day we upgrade,
our
report returns an error. Now I know the error CAME from Crystal but the
only
thing that changed was upgrading Vantage.

The error was regarding a formula in Crystal. I have a formulated field
to
split up the SalesRepList. So the code snippet is this:

split({BAQReportRes ult.OrderHed. SalesRepList} , '~')[1]

the error message is:
A subscript must be between 1 and the size of the array.

I understand the error itself, what I don't understand is why now? If
yesterday it works and today it does not and the only change is
upgrading to
407c, then how can Vantage effect a Crystal formula?

Can anyone help?
