We keep getting this error and not sure how to fix it…

Could be an outdated BPM… Sometimes that happens when you copy PRD to TST for example but you dont recompile your BPMs or you dont do a UD Schema Update (ex: PRD has a field newer which TST doesnt have in its schema tables).
And this would cause the issue in live but not test?
hasokeric is spot on with the first place to look, chances are one of your BPMs somehow got flagged as outdated, happens to me from time to time.
also off topic but how did you get that flag as your theme? haha
Just to confirm, i looked at both method directives and data directives and when searching all directives the “outdated” tick box wasn’t ticked for any.
Sometimes an old BPM is not listed anymore but it still is in the \BPM Folder on your E9 Server… even when recompiling all it never got “removed”. I would clear up that folder and just Recompile all Directives… Had that happens also… one BPM that no longer was existing somehow still triggered =)
