5.0 Menu Security

Yeah it was a pain in the behind for us at first too! You have to go into
"buyer" then choose the person whom you want to have access to their PO's
and "Add" yourself to "Authorized Users". Even though you have security
manager access it still has to be set up this way. I had to add myself to
each and every buyers authorized user list!

Those of you on 5.0... Why can't I look at the PO's that were created by another purchaser if I am logged in as Administrator?

If I try to open a PO (in Purchase Order Entry), it says," You are not authorized to maintain USERNAME's purchase orders."

The Menu Item has access for everyone.

You need to set yourself up as an authorized user for that buyer. Your
purchase limit should be set to zero, (unlimited purchase authorization)
