I just tested this with v5 312. I checked labordtl and had 437
labordtl records for the day. I started the labor edit report.
When the labor edit report was finished (about 20 minutes later)
we had 445 labordtl records and no one was disconnected.

Notwithstanding the time it takes to run, anyone trying to clock into/out
of a job in data collection will be disconnected from Vantage if this report
is running!
