Hopefully this will clear up any further confusion over the issue of whether
returning a survey is required to receive your release of version 5.1: it is
not.
According to Tom Wolfe, the Michigan CAM, the survey Epicor is requesting is
meant to make customers aware of other Epicor services and is not mandatory
in order to receive 5.1. I was at the Midwest User Group meeting when
Nancy Brehmer stated that returning the survey was "required" for the new
release, but Epicor has since clarified its position and has dropped the
requirement. Those of you who do not wish to fill out the survey are in no
way obligated to send one in.
