5.20 Issue - A/R Locking Caused by Customer Shipment Tracker

If I understand the process correctly, a Software Change Request means that it is a documented change and will be in a future Patch pending the time it takes to program the changes.

Since getting on to 5.20 we have noticed that when someone is in Customer
Shipment Tracker it can prevent Invoicing's "Get Shipments -All" for a
group. Message pops up saying ShipDtl in use by someone else. Kick person
out of tracker and it resumes (or finds someone else in tracker). I would
not think atracker should not cause locking

Epicor has refered this to a Software Change Request (SCR # 4732). I'm not
sure if this is of the type "bug" that gets a high priority or if it needs
"support" from lots of sites. Also not sure if you need the SCR or the call
# (819567MPS) to do this. I would hope they would just go ahead and fix it
in the next patch without having lots of buy-in to the issue.

BTW - we also get a lot of similar locking when someone is in Customer
Shipment Entry but have not been able to duplicate it reliably yet.
