6.1 Closing Sales Orders

Both from stock and from job. No discrimination here! :-) And not just one
order - about 35!

Yes, we know the order has shipped and been invoiced. If I try to close
the
order via Order Master, it will show as voided when I look at Order
Tracker.
Make sense?

I posted yesterday..didn't get any responses.so trying again.

Does anyone know of a utility to close orders that didn't close
automatically via the picking ticket???

They've already been invoiced, so I can't go that route.

The orders show the item is picked and shipped, but the line isn't
marking
as closed.

If I try to close the order manually, it marks it as void - which is NOT
what I want.

ANY help would be appreciated..
