Check your license. Make sure it says you have the expected number of DC
licenses.
If all else fails, REBOOT.

Isn't the ENDACT.R used for ending activity on a user? I forgot to
mentioned in my orginal reply that my problem usually is that you
can't log the Data Collection terminal back on, because of the "Max.
number of users have been exceeded".
Then if you look in Promon or the Connected User screen to ensure
that there are not duplicate data collection terminal sessions opens
and that you have not exceeded your number of data collection
licenses or any "hung" sessions. Everything looks fine. The computer
that is getting the "Max # of users" message is not listed in either
screen and I still don't show exceeding that number.
So my question is how to you reset your license counter or remedy the
problem without rebooting the Vantage server?
I thought there was a command or script that you can run.
Thanks for the help.
