I have been informed that when entering journal entries into a group when our bookeeper gets to about line 38 it stops entering new ones and continually overwrites line 38. BUT...this does not always happen. Very early in the day or very late she can enter as many lines as she would like. My hunch is some sort of conflict, probably with our A/P person but I can't see how or what the significance of line 38 would be.
Has anyone else experienced odd behavior on journal entry when adding a line to a group? Is this a known bug issue or is there a work around (other than max of 20-30 lines in a group)?
