I have an Employee Utilization report that uses the LaborDtl EarnedHrs field. In a few seemingly random cases it is reporting wildly exagerated EarnedHrs. Looking at the data dictionary and manually duplicating the calculation (JobOper.EstProdHours / JobOper.RunQty) * LaborDtl.LaborQty yields a more realistic number. One example (20 / 2400) * 960 should have yielded 7.91 hrs but the labor detail shows 13.9 earned hrs.
Anyone know of a known issue in 6.10 that causes EarnedHrs to be reported incorrectly? If so is there a workaround or source cause in the data that can be fixed?
Thanks,
