6.1 Order Entry question

Yes, each customer has a price list and the "standard" price is in part
master. It calculates it correctly when the order is first entered. It's
when we go back to change a ship date that Vantage zeros out the price on
the detail lines.... ARGH!

Thanks!

Do you have a price list for this customer and this part is listed in
the price list? Vantage goes through a price verification and if I
remember correctly, goes from price list to price category to part price
(entered in part master). You could lock the price or create a price
list for the customer. Vantage will do the price checking if the price
is not locked.

Question for those with 6.1 experience.

We've discovered an issue when entering an order via Order
Management/Order
Entry. All data is keyed into both the header and detail fields. If you
go
back and change the dates on the order, it zeros out the price on the
detail
lines.

Is this a bug or did we miss setting up something when we converted from
6.0
to 6.1????

Thanks!
