Thank you, Colette for responding. I wonder if they took in consideration
companies that upgrade to 6.1 rather than start using the database for the
first time as you are. They have my database and we would see if they are
releasing another patch that will fix this and damage 20 more other things -
keeping my fingers crossed...

We were the reason for that patch. We went live with 6.10 on May 22 and
when we started work on Monday May 24, we could not change quantities on an
job releases that had shipments against it. It took them almost two weeks
to get this fixed. We can now change the quantities. I spoke with the
Scheduling dept and they are not experiencing any slow downs at all.
