6.1 Pro-Forma Invoice

Hi Stuart,

We designed a Commercial Invoice in Report Builder we use it
for Customs when we ship parts out of the country.

The commerical invoice pulls the info from the packing slip.

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to generate a pro-forma invoice, or any work
arounds we can do to generate one, or anything which works besides
making an invoice in Word which is what we currently do?

A lot of our customers need invoices before we ship their goods, for
finances and freight clearing purposes.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers
Stuart

Place a checkbox on the Quote or Order Header and modify the Quote or
Order Acknowledgement to become a Proforma when the box is checked.

Or use report styles, if you were running 8.0 onwards

Regards

Gary
