Subject: [Vantage] 605 to 701 Upgrade issue

I'm doing a new install 'upgrade' of Epicor. Our data is a SQL 2008 database
using Epicor 9.05.605. I setup SQL 2012 64-bit on a new Microsoft Server
2008R2 64-bit box. I installed the 64-bit version of progress. I installed
the SQL Native Client 10 for ODBC.
I can login to the SQL Management Studio and see the data in the Epicor905
tables.
I installed OpenManage on the same box and can see that the Epicor905
database starts. I am unable to start the appservers because the data needs
to have the Schemas changed.
When I run Admin Tools (I've built a Win2008R2 64-bit server with teh
32-bit progress tools installed) it tells me that the database needs to have
the Schemas changed.
When I run the Epicor Schema Change (either from the appserver or the admin
workstation) I get prompted with a password requirement. I've tried every
password we have associated with this data and install.
What am I doing wrong?
