A client pulled me in to work with them after they went from 701 to 702 this last weekend. Unfortunately they did not perform end to end testing and have an issue with the AP posting rules.
Since I was not a part of the conversion, I am not sure exactly what steps they did or did not do. Here is what I know:
1) Custom PR file is broken. This is the version that was left on the server when they did the conversion.
2) They exported the PR file from a Dev instance of 701 and imported into 702 via the GL Tran Type menu.
3) When trying to set the PR revision to "Active", they get an error stating the file version does not match the version of the software.
I have a few ideas to do a file diff but is there a fast way? The comparison tool really doesn't buy us much because they did not import a stock 702 PR file. (My idea was to run conversion 160 in both 701/702 and then do a file compare).
Is there anything obvious I am missing?
