I’m almost positive that you will need a 1-off. Support should have that as a known issue. They will give you a .dll and have you add it as a menu item in processes.

Subject: [Vantage] 702a upgrade - BAQ Report Designer
Has anyone encountered the error message in BAQ Report Designer when going under 'Actions > Test Report Form' with the error "Menu ID BAQRep is not valid for the current user." Any thoughts on what the error message is indicating?
