The JMtlSts epiview used in Material Status check only includes (linked - purchase direct) PONum and DueDate.

You could probably set up a Foreign Key View to POHead table and then indicate the Vendor Name on the Detail sheet. However, it would not be visible in the 'canned' list view.

If you need it in the list view, create a dashboard from a BAQ and bring it into the app as a new form tab.
