I have been given the task of Implementing Field Service & Help Desk for our Service Department by April 30, 2009. We have been using Vantage since January, 2008, but Field Service & Help Desk was dropped due to not enough time during the initial implementation of Vantage.
We are currently using an Access Database that I manage to track calls from customers regarding our machines. Everything is tracked by Serial Number and Customer ID. What I am looking for is any advice in regards to implementation and any help, documents how-to's, tutorials, videos, etc that will help me wrap my mind around these two modules and get them implemented on time.
