8.03.407 Recent printing problems with ODBC reports

Hi Linda,

We're on 8.03.407c, and I noticed that two of our custom ODBC reports weren't working from within Vantage. However, they worked fine launched from Crystal Reports.

Neither one has subreports, although one is reading recursively through several tables. The other one is already rewritten as a BAQ report, I just need to transition it.

If you're able to identify the problem, let me know -

Within the last few days users are reporting that some of the data on
our forms has disappeared. These problem forms are ODBC forms, not RDD
forms. The problem seems to be happening only with sub-reports so far.
Sometimes the Customer City will not print, sometimes the Ship To City
will not print, sometimes the ShipTo label will not print. It seems to
be intermittent and if I open Crystal Reports and run the report
everything works fine. It is only in Vantage that some of the data is
missing. It has happened to several users, including me. These are old
forms that have not been modified in a year or more.



Has anyone else had a problem recently or a suggestion of what could
possibly be happening?
