8.03.4XX Job Materials (Info Message)

I would like to setup a scenario in Job Entry related to the "Get Details" method.  After a user goes to "Actions-Job-Get Details" and pulls the BOM into the job, I would like to setup a scenario where the system will loop through all of the materials that were pulled into the job, and if there are any material sequences where the JobMtl.FixedQty is checked true, I would like an informational message to popup notifying the user that there is at least one material line where the JobMtl.FixedQty checkbox is marked True.  Has anybody attempted to do something similar to this? Any input is much appreciated.
