Check your mfgsys.pf file. If you ran the setup more than once this
file will have duplicate entries.

I have been setting up a test server (first Vantage install) and went to
log into the admin tools and receive 'Warning - database mfgsys is
already connected'
If someone could point me in the right direction to fix this I would
