8.03 Crystal & printer trays

Hi, we have a similar issue where we print to a specific tray and duplex
the report Vantage ignores the default settings even after specifying
them in the report developer. To get round this we found that if you
print preview the report and then select the printer and settings it
should print correctly. We are on .405a

I have a printer with multiple trays set up each as a printer. SalesPrinter goes to Tray 2 & ShopCopies goes to Tray 3. Whenever I print to them from any windows application they work correctly. As soon as I print from Vantage it disregards the printer tray settings and always prints to tray 3.

If I recall correctly, I believe that's a known bug in that Crystal
Reports runtime version. Using Crystal Reports Developer you should be
able to successfully choose and print to any tray. Something about that
runtime, though.
