8.03 Print vs Preview

Maybe it's selecting your system default printer?

We have an HP laserjet that we are having problems when printing from
Vantage. Each tray is set up as it's own printer on the computer. When
we print preview & choose either of the printers it comes from the
correct tray. If we just print no matter what printer I select it only
uses the very bottom tray. What could be different from the preview that
would make it work?
