Yes, it is in the files section, below all the folders.

Did this get uploaded? Can you tell me where in the Files section it's
located or provide a link?

Thanks,

Dave

Has anyone been able to get a custom Crystal report with parameters
working from within Vantage on release .407?

Tech support tells me no one else has reported this problem.

All suggestions I've seen posted here and that Epicor has given us have
not worked.

Any info is appreciated.

"Tech support tells me no one esle has reported this problem".

Are you kidding me! This has been a problem dating back to the first
8.03.4xx release - possibly before that. Our work-a-round is to "Print
Preview" before printing.

There is a check box for not saving data in the crystal report on save.
Make sure that this is checked to not save data and see if the parameters
work.

I received a reply from another user through direct email. He has been
trying to post the solution, but it will not go through and appear on
the yahoo site. I've tried also, and it will not go through.

The answer is a registry problem, the fix he outlines worked for us. I
will try to forward it again in a different manner, perhaps in a Word
doc.

The Yahoo! User Group doesn't allow attachments of any kind.

Instead upload the file to the Files section of our Vantage Yahoo!
User Group site.

Pam,

Thanks for the fix information!

I have also been getting this error on the new runtime when printing to a hp
4250 printer. Has anyone seen this problem?
