Hi,

we are trying to upgrade our Epicor 9.04.507 (SQL) installation to Epicor 9.05.604A (SQL) to test the performance over 8.03.408 (SQL). All goes well except on the LAST (grrr) mandatory data conversion program (CVCR0024.p, Fix the values on Customer.ShipToTerrList) the program throws up the following error:

* DataServer Cache Error - No data available (3631)

then the appserver helpfully causes a general exception in windows and crashes :(

Has anyone else had this issue or is the a way I can do the change myself?

Thanks for any help,
Mark.
The only thing I can think of is you have missed one of the manual required conversions at 9.04

I notice the "Customer.ShipToTerrList" bit... in our first conversion to
9.05 database we got several error message about CRM module related
stuff not setup properly when we tried to enter an order. We had to do
the setup in company maintenance (for options we don't use) and run
conversion program 6880. We also had several customers without a
territory selected (in Vantage 6.1) which we also fixed.

Just a guess, but might be worth a look if you have the CRM module.

Brian.
