Hi Melissa,
It was a while ago we done it now. But I think by entering a label in the Company Maintenance screen activates the JobHead.CheckOff fields and it’s the JobHead.CheckOffs that you bind to the JobHead screen.

So when you did the customization how did you tie them to the JobHead screen? i looked at what the field help said but the JCSyst table was not one of my options for the EpiBinding drop downs and the DB field is JCSyst.CheckOffLabel. I know I must be missing something but I just can't see it.

Hi Melissa,
We use them on the Job for various check offs before the Job is Engineered,
Between Engineered and Released and after Release.
We use all 5 checkoffs, so our process is:
1. Parts List Complete (Check Off 1)
2. Parts List Checked (Check Off 2)
3. Engineered
4. Mfg Routing Complete (Check Off 3)
5. Released
6. CAM Punch Programmes Complete (Check Off 4)
7. Packing List Defined (Check Off 5)
We can then run reports and dashboards on the current status of Jobs.
