9.05.701 DMT Import Error

The Error relates to an invalid TaxCatID
Unfortunately in DMT we have to utilise the business objects errors and these often use the label values for fields.

Are you specifying a valid entry for this column?
If the issue still persists please provide your Epicor Version, DMT Version or drop this to support and they will help resolve.

Thanks,

Kim,

Same problem here a couple of times. Category ID is referring to either Part Class (DMT Column=ClassID) or Product Group (DMT column=ProdCode).

I can't remember which for sure, but I'm pretty sure it's one of those. It's been a few months since my pre-go-live DMTs had errors.

Can't hurt to check those.

Ok, it wasn't a spelling but thanks for making me check it because I went through each column with different eyes and found my error. Still don't understand the message but at least it is working now.
Â
Thanks

Could it could be something to do with memos?
Memo and MemoCat tables contain a CategoryID field.
