Haven't done a dump and load (yet). I am doing the restore to a blank (deleted any existing files) location. Still end up with the error. What's interesting is the b1 goes from 8k to 256k when it fails. I'm using the exact procedure to restore to the 32bit install and I have no issues. I can restore the 32bit 905 db that's been truncated and through the schema change to the 64bit box and it will run fine but the truncate still fails.
I'm going to try the dump and load and see if I get any further.

If this is your case stop the DB services and delete the empty DB. After that run your restore and it will create the DB with your data, instead of restoring into an existing DB.
