Not sure if you are talking about the crystal report bug that causes the
system to hang after a custom report is printed followed by a Vantage
report.



But if you are, I had two users with the problem and to fix the problem,
I uninstalled the Crystal Runtime on their PC, then I ran RegClean, then
I re-installed the Crystal Runtime and both clients have been working
flawlessly ever since.



For over a month.

Concerning your call for update on lockups.

We are still experiencing a few, however much less than before.
We are on 808G.

We were told the problem would go away in 803 - will not move to that
till after Jan 1st, so we are living with the situation.
