A/P Clearing Account V5.1

It is Received not Invoiced Report and yes it should be a credit - goes along with the liability of the a/p

This should be a credit account. It is an accrual for items that you have
received and do not have an invoice for yet. Debit expense account or
inventory and credit AP Clearing.
