In Company Configuration / Modules / A.P., there is an option "save
receipts for invoicing" you have to switch on. POs received *after* that
will be available in the invoicing screen.

They're visible in the entry screen and the tracker. But not in the
printout. You might look into using memos. Might not fix your
accessibility problem. But you can assign category codes to them, which
forces your data entry people to be more organized, and can make the data
easier to find later.

For some unexplained reason, PROMON, when selecting: 1. User Control, and
then: 1. Display all entries, the Names of the users logged onto Vantage do
not display (everything else is normal). If I select 8 (Disconnect a User)
from the first screen the user names show up.

Any Ideas?

We're on 5.0 patch 350 using Progress 9.1C, ready to switch to 5.1, and
Promon 5.1 reacts the same. Both were working fine up until last week.

One problem I have encountered is that the vendor number used for the
purchase order does not match the one selected for the A/P invoice. We have
some vendors that have idÂ’s for each division which can be confusing. The
PO is cut Jones Co. Indiana, but the invoice is from Jones Co. Michigan. If
the vendor IDÂ’s match and the purchase order receipt has transacted then the
receipt should appear when you click on ‘Add Receipt Billing Line’.
